Welcome
A small house with a lot of quiet around it
Kuća Marta is our family's wooden house in the village of Lič, on the slope above the fields. It is not big and it is not luxurious, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and as much quiet as is hard to find anywhere else.
Inside there is a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a well equipped kitchen and a dining area, and upstairs two bedrooms under the wooden roof. Outside there is the terrace, the grill and a garden with trees.
You arrive whenever suits you, the key is waiting in the lockbox, and the house is yours for the whole stay.

A view over the field
The terrace looks out over the fields of Lič and the hills behind them. Most guests have breakfast here and stay until dark.

Forest right behind the garden
Walking trails start at the house itself. Guests have told us they saw deer, a fox and a hedgehog on them.
-
Lakes three kilometres away
The Fužine lakes are a five-minute drive, pleasant for swimming in summer, with paths and cafés around them.
-
The sea in 25 minutes
The motorway gets you to the Adriatic in 25 minutes. A swim in the morning, the cool of Gorski kotar in the afternoon, the fireplace in the evening.
