Short, because there is not much to say: we collect only what you send us in an enquiry.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, possibly a phone number, the dates you want and the text of your message.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share data with advertisers.
Why we process it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to a booking, to arrange the stay. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for at most 24 months and then delete them. If a booking went ahead, we keep the stay records for as long as the guest-registration rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and withdraw your consent. One email is enough.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no tracking cookies. If we introduce anonymous analytics, it will be named here before we switch it on.
